All the staff were lovely but at times it took a while to get requested medication when in pain.

See above also bank staff seemed less compassionate than full-time staff. (Friday night into Saturday) (22/09-23/09)

The treatment that I received was exemplary. No complain to my stay on few months eye in facility ward where the staff were excellent but overall service was lovely.
